This website (the “Site”) is operated by IQ Sports S.A. (“we”, “us”, “our”), the organiser of the TT Cycling Series. We are committed to protecting your personal data and respecting your privacy in accordance with the EU General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) and applicable Greek law.

We may collect and process the following categories of personal data:

  • Registration data: name, email address, phone number, date of birth, gender, emergency contact, and any details required to participate in the event.
  • Contact & form data: information you submit through our contact, partner, volunteer or newsletter forms (such as name, email, company and message).
  • Payment-related data: where applicable, information needed to process your entry. Card details are handled directly by our payment provider and are not stored on our servers.
  • Technical data: IP address, browser type, device information, and usage data collected automatically through cookies and similar technologies (see our Cookies Policy below).

  • process your registration and manage your participation in the event;
  • communicate with you about the event, your entry, schedules and important updates;
